The Leach Road Bridge will be closed indefinitely. This is a NYS DOT decision.

There will be a Public Hearing on 11/15/2023 at 6:30 PM at the Lyons Community Center in relation to the tax cap override.

The Wayne County Water & Sewer Authority (WCWSA) will be milling and paving sections of Canal, Water and William Street where they have completed work prior. Cones will be placed in parking spots to stop parking in areas that will need work. Montezuma Street will be closed on the East end for work. There will be no through traffic during this time.

No parking on the Town of Lyons streets and roads between the hours of 2 A.M. and 7 A.M. from November 1, 2023 through April 1, 2024. By Order of the Lyons Town Board

The Wayne County Water and Sewer Authority will need to suspend water service on Thursday, 11/2/23 starting at approximately 9:00 AM for Butternut Street residence to make a repair in that location. The street may have to be closed off during this time.

The LMSP Design Committee is launching a new program and this will be the first of many Lyons Clean Up Events. The Town would like to thank the Lyons Main Street Program for their efforts in this initiative!

Budget workshops will be held on the following dates: Monday, 10/2/2023 at 4:00 PM, Wednesday, 10/4/2023 at 4:00 PM and Wednesday, 10/11/2023 at 4:00 PM at 43 Phelps Street in the boardroom.

The regular board meeting will be on Wednesday, September 27th at 6:30 PM in the board room at 43 Phelps Street.
